Introduction
17 students and 2 teachers embarked on a marvelous and insightful learning journey in England just before the school’s summer break. The study tour was held from 1st July to 13th July, 2017. Students immersed themselves in a one-week intensive interactive English class every morning. They enjoyed being taught by native English teachers and conversing with students coming from different places such as Italy, Argentina, Spain, etc. Our students have surely started to develop international relationships and global vision through their cultural exchanges during the lessons. In the afternoons, students keenly participated in the excursions to various historical sites and iconic London landmarks. These impressive places included Oxford University, Christ Church, Blenheim Palace, Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford Castle, Royal Pavilion, London Eye, the British Museum, Big Ben, etc. From enriching both their historical knowledge and English language skills to gaining more confidence to face the challenges in our increasingly connected world, students were so grateful that they could participate in such an inspiring and eye-opening study tour.
